I cannot thank Hanoi Lakeview Hotel enough for everything it gave me on my holiday. It fulfilled all my dreams and wishe 10 Đạt điểm 10. It was very convenient to all different aspects that you might be looking for in Hanoi. The key staff spoke good English Everything was organised for you . Took all the stress out of my holiday. Any trip that you can think of they have had already planned for you . Any place you want to go they can make all the connections.The rooms were constantly cleaned and plenty of towels as you needed to shower, so often it was lovely not to have to go looking for more that they were always there. The washing facilities were very good in the bathrooms, plenty of options for different personal cleaning jobs during the day. There was always staff around to meet all your needs . There was never any waiting for anything and everybody was so helpful and pleasant which is so beneficial to help you relax in such a busy environment as Hanoi.

The staff were so warm and welcoming! Extremely helpful with early checks in, organising tours for us and looking after our luggage in between travel. Very impressed with how smoothly they managed our stay in Hanoi.

Wir haben hier 6 Nächste verbracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sensationell – alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist super und kann bei einer tollen Aussicht über Hanoi genossen werden. Mr. Bob hat uns zwei tolle Ausflüge gebucht – kann ich nur empfehlen, er ist super hilfsbereit.
